Carole Douglas AAI registered Amatsu Practitioner & Trainer

Carole Douglas

Arodstown Amatsu Clinic

Co. Meath

Originally, my background in the equine world led me into training in Amatsu. After many falls and injuries, finding Amatsu was what saved me from increasing pain and stiffness.

I trained with William Doolan and Dennis Bartram, gaining extra qualifications in Psychology, and continuing development in body movement, mindfulness and yoga.

I have been running my clinic for 25 years and I work with a wide range of issues and age groups, from babies to the elderly! I have been chairperson of the Association for many years, only retiring from that role in 2025.

I am one of the Amatsu teachers in Ireland and I am involved with the present training school. I have taught the 3rd year syllabus for some years, and run the occasional workshop.

I am incredibly passionate about my work and believe in giving my clients back control of their own health, helping them to make good choices around nutrition and lifestyle.
