Amatsu Wexford

I stumbled upon Amatsu in 2008 and this approach to living a rich life aligned with nature continues to fascinate, challenge and draw me into its depths.

As a practitioner, I am so grateful for the generosity of teachings/inspiration that has been offered. I love to share this devotion to wellbeing, which we inspire in each other.

I share this with a light touch and simple, practical tools to support anyone who is drawn to the way of this practice.

Seeing clients making genuine progress with the symptoms they have suffered is a blessing; walking more lightly, spring in step; developing strength and resilience; realising a greater sense of self, of nature; remembering presence. And for those whose paths are more laboured, I trust that the right course is emerging.

Magokoro (true heart) guides the practice; heart presence brings light to what is real.
