Having studied Economics and Philosophy and pursued a career in sales, marketing and event management, I decided on a change of career as I approached 40. I have been very happy with the decision to becoming an Amatsu Practitioner ever since. Amatsu provided me with a long term solution to a back problem that had flared in my early 20s. Through pregnancy, car prangs etc Amatsu stabilised my back and allowed me to live life to the full.

I completed my Anma and Seitei training in 2005 and went on to achieve Shinden Jutsu and Kenku level training in 2006/7. I have also trained as a teacher of meditation and have some training in Energy Awareness, which helps some clients let go of emotional or stressful experiences that are involved in pain patterns. I love learning and am endlessly interested in what makes us tick and how we can stay well. My favourite saying is 'we only have to get you back to the day before ...' add whatever is stopping you living your live right now! My least favourite saying is 'it's your age'. Happily my favourite saying answers that!!
