Running a full time busy practice for over a decade in a clinical environment to provide full body assessments to my clients. The goal is to improve their range of motion for the entire body, enhance digestion related to IBS and Crohn's disease, provide spinal and cranial alignment for healing post-whiplash and general spinal issues, and improve lymphatic flow, blood flow.

Additionally, I offer decongestive therapy for clients with primary lymphedema, cancer treatment-related lymphedema, lipoedema, fibrosis, and gentle general physical therapy for recovery from injury, illness, or age-related conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I also provide manual lymphatic drainage and deep decongesting treatments post-surgery, including post plastic surgery. I cater for all age groups inclusive of babies, toddlers and teens.
